Shipping Policy

Last Updated: September 3, 2026

NexBio is committed to processing and shipping laboratory research orders with clear communication, secure packaging, and appropriate handling practices.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, tracked, and handled during transit. By placing an order with NexBio, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared after successful payment authorization and completion of any applicable order verification.

Processing times may vary based on:

  • Product availability
  • Order volume
  • Payment verification
  • Shipping destination
  • Holidays or non-business days
  • Additional compliance or order review requirements

Orders placed outside normal business hours may begin processing on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Availability

NexBio ships eligible research products to supported destinations where permitted.

Shipping availability may depend on:

  • Product type
  • Destination
  • Carrier availability
  • Applicable laws or restrictions
  • Business and fulfillment requirements

NexBio reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be legally or operationally fulfilled.

3. Shipping Methods

Available shipping options are displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Transit time begins after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as:

  • Destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping service
  • Applicable carrier rates
  • Any special handling requirements

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed before order completion where supported by the website.

5. Research Product Packaging

NexBio research products are packaged using quality-focused procedures intended to maintain:

  • Clear product identification
  • Package integrity
  • Batch traceability
  • Appropriate protection during shipment

Packaging requirements may vary depending on the research material being shipped.

6. Temperature-Sensitive Research Materials

Certain laboratory research materials may have specific storage or handling requirements.

Where applicable, NexBio may use packaging or shipping procedures appropriate to the product’s documented requirements.

Researchers should review the applicable product label, product page, or supporting documentation for storage instructions after delivery.

NexBio does not make a blanket cold-chain shipping claim unless specifically stated for the applicable product and shipment.

7. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after a label has been created.

Customers are responsible for monitoring available tracking information and providing an accurate shipping address.

8. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may be affected by circumstances outside NexBio’s direct control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Regional service interruptions
  • Regulatory or customs review where applicable

NexBio cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Please verify:

  • Recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment or suite number
  • City
  • State or region
  • Postal code
  • Contact information

If an incorrect address is submitted, contact NexBio support as soon as possible.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, address changes may not be possible.

10. Delayed Shipments

Carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order leaves NexBio’s fulfillment process.

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, customers should allow the carrier reasonable time to update the shipment status.

NexBio may assist with available shipment information but cannot control carrier operations once a package has been accepted for transit.

11. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost, contact NexBio with:

  • Order number
  • Recipient name
  • Shipping address
  • Available tracking number

NexBio will review the available shipping information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

Any replacement, refund, or other resolution will depend on the circumstances of the shipment and applicable NexBio policies.

12. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, customers should first:

  • Check the delivery location
  • Confirm the shipping address
  • Check with household members or authorized recipients
  • Contact the carrier when appropriate

If the package remains unavailable, contact NexBio support with the order and tracking information for further review.

13. Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives visibly damaged, contact NexBio as soon as reasonably possible.

Please retain:

  • Original packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Product packaging
  • Photographs of the damage
  • Order information

These materials may be required to evaluate the shipment and determine whether additional action is appropriate.

14. Missing or Incorrect Items

If an order contains an incorrect item or an item appears to be missing, contact NexBio support and provide the relevant order information.

Do not use, alter, or discard the affected research material while the issue is being reviewed.

15. International Shipping

International shipping may be available only to selected destinations and for eligible products.

Customers are responsible for understanding any import requirements, restrictions, duties, taxes, customs charges, or documentation requirements applicable to their destination.

NexBio does not guarantee customs clearance or delivery where a shipment is subject to local regulatory restrictions.

16. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges may be assessed by the destination country or carrier.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

NexBio does not control customs processing times or fees imposed by third parties.

17. Order Cancellations and Shipping Changes

Requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier, cancellation, product changes, or shipping-address changes may no longer be possible.

Any approved cancellation remains subject to applicable NexBio policies.

18. Research Use Only

All NexBio products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only.

Products are:

Not for human or veterinary use.
Not intended for consumption.
Not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.

Shipping a product does not alter its stated research-use designation.

19. Policy Updates

NexBio may revise this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in fulfillment practices, carrier requirements, business operations, or applicable regulations.

The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
